  • Coordinated the 2022 safe total plant shutdown and DFPV (drain, flush, purge and vent) operations, including treatment and preservation of subsea wells and flowlines, for extensive maintenance works. And successfully cold started the plant and subsea wells after a lengthy total shutdown.
  • Operated the FPSO process plant through Siemens PCS7 control system, including subsea production and injection wells as well as subsea flowlines. Liaised with plant operators to achieve day-to-day production targets safely, efficiently and economically.
  • Carried out safe start up and shut down of oil process plant, gas compression systems, injection water treatment systems, gas export, injection and gas lift for subsea oil flowlines.
  • Configured injection wells and facilities for WAG (water alternate gas) operations.
  • Ensured that Export Oil, Gas Production and Water Injection targets are met at the required specification.
  • Checked, updated and broadcast Midnight Well reports.
  • Undertook maintenance and integrity task, inspection tasks to ensure technical integrity. These include CVT (Critical Valve Testing) on Subsea trees, Chemical Flow Path Checks, Wells and Manifolds flow assurance.

  • Operated and monitored the Sea Water Treatment system SRP (Sulphate Reduction Package) for the injection water. Performed CIP (Clean In Place) on system membranes and membranes replacement as required.
  • Performed Methanol bunkering operations.
  • Performed Subsea HPU (Hydraulic Pressure Unit) fluid cleaning to meet NAS (National Aerospace Standard) specifications, and reservoir fill up.
