• Strategic and Operational Planning

- Responsible for coordinating and integrating long-term strategic planning with day-to-day operational needs. This includes: Long-Term Plan (LTP) and annual Work Program & Budget (WPB) by consolidating technical and cost inputs, preparing and delivering Field Development Plan, collaborating/ coordinating Kaminho FID dossier

• Project Development and Coordination

- Responsible for coordinating petroleum architecture and development studies for B20/11 including Kaminho and North Pole feasibility study Phase 2 and subsequent studies to come, to valorize the future development (concept screening)

• Interface Management

- Acting as a liaison between the affiliate, project and Exploration teams for coordination of short, mid and long-term activities (studies, ongoing and future operations)

- Acting as liaison with JV Partners and Concessionaire ensuring swift and smooth process for approval dossiers (service Contracts, FID, agreements) and Institutional Meetings

- Ensuring that stakeholder expectations are embedded in project execution and that contractual gates are respected

• Blocks Daily Management

- Collaborate with HSE team in preparation of necessary Environmental licenses for the readiness of B20/11 (ESIA, desktop EBS) providing required technical support

- Bridge between affiliate and exploration team in HQ for B16/21 studies (Block prospectively update)

- Budgeting, Cost control & Financial Planning: leading annual budget exercises (IB, PDC03/5/9/11) for B20/11, participating in internal and external audits and financial reviews

- Contributing in Kaminho Fiber Optic Project dossier with Project team, for preparation of the CFT, execution and installation phases, including management of external interfaces with regulatory bodies

• Follow-up, coordination, and preparation of Call For Tender documentation and Bidders' clarifications process.
• Preparation of the Project Execution Plan for the SURF Package.
• SURF interface management: coordination of interface topics with other project's packages (SPS and FPSO).
• Preparation of Affiliate's delegated SURF scope of work.
• Key achievements:
• Lead MAVINGA Preliminary Studies for SURF package.
• Coordination and technical support of Fiber Optic cable installation Front-End Engineering Design.

• Coordination of affiliate's integrated operational planning (short, mid, and long-term): drilling, projects, seismic and exploration activities.
• Management of constraints, priorities, and arbitration process.
• Affiliate's budgetary exercises integrated operational planning coordination: Initial Budget, Revised Budget, and Long-Term Plan.
• Deputy Business Continuity Plan coordinator - regular BCP process maintainability; BCP cell activation, action plan coordination, members mobilization and follow-up of BCP actions during Covid-19 crisis.
• Support HR Develop and Empower People initiative: develop Job Shadowing project.

• Onshore lead and coordinator of Field Support Vessels' subsea Installation, Maintenance and Repair operations, and installation projects - QA/QC of procedures, equipment and personnel mobilization, planning coordination, expenditures follow-up, coordination of vessel permits and operational licenses renewal.
• FSVs' contracts management, budget and monthly expenditures follow up.
• FSV 5-year workload forecast coordination.
• Key achievements:
• Demobilization and remobilization of Field Support Vessel (BE805) for dry dock, and mobilization of substitute vessel (BE802).
• Coordination and mobilization of TEP Congo's Field Support Vessel Far Sleipner (sublet to TEPA).
• Coordination of BE805 assistance to Kaombo SURF campaign.
• Technical support for Field Support Vessel contract extension.

• Follow up of Well Jumper engineering, fabrication, transportation, and installation activities.
• Key achievements:
• Fabrication and engineering contracts set-up for Kaombo post First Oil Injection Well Jumpers.
• Budget estimation, Well Jumpers fabrication and installation operations follow-up: Rosa FDP Well Swap, Girassol Miocene M14, Dalia Phase 2, Pazflor and CLOV Field Development Plan, CLOV Phase 1 projects.
• Offshore follow-up of installation and wet storage operations.
• Local authorities (MIREMPET) wet storage request package preparation and coordination.

• Theoretical and On Job Training - offshore Installation, Maintenance and Repair operations.
• Key achievements:
• Technical support offshore Block 17 subsea operations (onboard Field Support Vessels): procedures preparation, tooling preparation supervision for Installation, Maintenance and Repair activities, XTrees and Well Jumpers installation.
