  • Prepare program to proactively monitor performance of process equipment for both assets.
  • Responsible to create automated spread sheet that could compare live process data with normal operating limits. This was used to check performance of rotating equipment (pumps and compressors).
  • Developed stand-in procedure to enable operators to swap pumps. This involved engaging plant personals.
