• Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), and financial requirements for maintenance service contracts in following areas: Electrical Installations, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems, Pumping and Water Treatment Systems, Elevators, Power Generators, and Security Systems.
• Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Verify contract compliance and conduct regular follow-up meetings with service providers.
• Enforce contractually defined penalties or incentives based on performance.
• Implement necessary progress plans to enhance service delivery.
• Preparation of technical specifications for new contracts and projects.
• Manage ongoing contracts, including negotiations and selection of new service providers.
• Collaborate in technical and financial evaluation of proposals alongside Maintenance Supervisors.
• Monitor and manage contract budgets to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
