• Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding HSEQ rules & requirements and Company Ethics & “Code of Conduct” policy.
• Participate in development and implementation of Environmental management System (EMS) and Energy management System (EnMS) processes in Block 17 perimeter in conformity with ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 respectively.
• Coordinate all Site production activities (oil production, gas production and export, water treatment and re-injection) and coordinate offshore operations to meet the crude oil lifting program in line with block 17 HSE, cost and planning objectives.

• Oversaw the construction of Initial Budget IB24 and IB25 for the four FPSOs. Managed development of production forecasts through PDC exercises.
• Collaborated effectively with involved entities (Finance, Smart Rooms, Maintenance, Well Performance, etc) to ensure timeline forecasts to FO and TEPA management.
• Contributed to HQ CFR project to identify and quantify flaring sources with SPROD. Implemented new flaring categories in daily reporting on NPDMS.
• Developed budget 2024 for flaring in alignment with CR EP EXP 104. Created clear guidelines for Site response during trips and planned events and enforced its compliance on the 4 FPSOs.
• Successfully introduced IPC tool (Integrated Performance Curve) as a Pilot project with TEP Angola for more accurate fuel gas profile determination during LTP (Long Term Plan).
• Actively lead the SMP (Production Monitoring System) project implementation for B17, requested to share production data. Identify ANPG requirements and develop a strategic plan to address them. Served as main liaison for B17 with ANPG while maintaining good communication with HQ, IT, JV and the concessionaire.

• Active participation on preparation of 2021 FFSD and 2021 GSD-A & B campaigns as well as interface with Covid -Cell for Self Isolations & offshore mobilizations.
• Facilitated monthly coordination meetings with site and technical entities to discuss future work program status.
• Combined annual Scope of Work based on projected budget from multiple entities (inspection requirements, RFMs, TBRs, Maintenance Program, etc).
• Evaluated activities' timing and POB by leveraging past REX insights.
• Planned and tracked project milestones to ensure timely completion.

• .Assisted offshore Installation Manager (OIM) and Operations Superintendent (ROPS) with technical support as needed.
• Maintained proactive interfaces with various entities including Smart Room, FO-STP teams, and DT-SOC. Delivered feedback and quality reports to streamline operations and Production Shutdowns.
• Plan and execute HIPS, ESDV, SDV, SBDV tests with OME.
• Assisted in commissioning new wells.
• Assisted in developing campaign MAD philosophy, procedures, and safety test sequences across two major Shutdowns: Train B in 2019 and Train A in 2020.
• Monitored and reported daily chemical treatments. Ensured efficient Corrosion Inhibition Injection by monitoring CITV reliance.
• Led alarm management and inhibitions review process with ICSS and Production teams. Great improvement with consistent KPI for more than 5 consecutive weeks of roughly 600 alarms / day. 2020 record reached on W30-31 of 480 alarms / day thanks to very good follow up of Top 10 alarm.

• Delivered technical support to Girassol and Dalia FPSO Subsea Engineer.
• Ensured timely follow-up on spare parts availability alongside contractors.
• Detecting anomalies of subsea equipments, drafting Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and recommending mitigation measures.
• Conduct regular evaluations of management and monitoring practices.

Acted as Subsea Technical Support at DALIA FPSO in absence of Site permanent Subsea Engineer:

• Oversaw alarm management and inhibition review processes.
• Coordinate with Onshore subsea team for subsea intervention preparation.
• Managed follow-up of functional integrity for subsea equipment transferred from Drilling division.
• Managed subsea interventions with Field Support Vessels utilizing ROV assistance on-site.

• Supported subsea operations by developing detailed task plans and assisted at various operations.
