With over seven years of leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, I have developed expertise in supervising technical teams, strategic planning, and optimizing operational and communication processes. At CA Telecom Lda (2017–2019), I progressed from Infrastructure Technician to Head of the Operations and Projects Department, where I improved technical team processes and enhanced service delivery.

Following CA Telecom's acquisition by C M Corporation in 2019, I became Head of the Commerce and Marketing Departments, leading the development of impactful communication and marketing strategies.
