As a community project specialist, she works with third-sector organizations on project development, program implementation, civil society involvement, and social change promotion. She has participated in consultations and evaluations of social development programs across private, governmental, and non-governmental sectors. Her experience includes: Mapping activities, citizen participation, gender empowerment, rural development, and health promotion; M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation), data collection, RBM (Results-Based Management); Stakeholder management, negotiation, resource management, and impact assessment; Savings and credit in rural development; water and sanitation; social and corporate responsibility; Communication for behavior development and change in health promotion; Experience in working with municipal administrations for “uptake” community programs carried out by ADECOS (community and health development agents); Currently is working on the CRESCER project, the fourth component of FRESAN program, on operational research against chronic malnutrition in Huíla and Cunene (Angola)
