● Full Implementation of ERP system and the interfaces between
stock, Point of sales and the accounting module.
● Implementing cost control measures to optimize profitability.
● Generating monthly financial reports and analyzing food and beverages costs, including ingredients, labor and overhead.
●Ensure legal and fiscal compliance, safeguarding the company against risk.
●Perform and oversee annual audits.
●Prepare periodical tax, VAT and NSSF declarations.
●Participate in key decisions and developing strategies for expanding (Franchise).
