• Attend to breakdown of machines & equipment's. Make the preventive maintenance schedule of all machines & equipment's.
• Preventive maintenance, Proactive maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, to reduce breakdown and to increase availability.
• Responsible for maintain quality & production.
• Daily Manpower Planning based on Production Plan.
• Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms
• Ensure necessary investigation and corrective/ preventive actions for Deviations occurring during manufacturing activities
