• Review of production planning and approving plan for production.
• Review of daily production, rejection of Bolt, Nut &surface finishing products.
• Controlling of WIP and FG with in norms.
• Controlling of rejection through root cause analysis and implementing CAPA.
• Adopting Poke-Yoke techniques for improving quality and production.
• Manpower planning and effective Utilization of resources.
• Tool life enhancement.
• Review of machine maintenance.
• Controlling costing and Yield loss.
• Responsible for 5S, Daily work management visualization activities.
