My experience comes from working in Boskalis where I worked in mass recruitment events for the biggest project in the Oil & Gas industry in Angola. In 2007 and from then on I have been working as a Recruiter for large Angola LNG OPCO. I am used to working in more pressed environments and handling multiple requests at the same time. I will not only close your positions but will also develop or implement policies and work methodologies that will help the organisation grow.

Achievements thus far include handling mid-size projects for the opening of factories – I am involved in everything from helping structure the budget to developing the best strategy, sourcing, interviewing, closing and on boarding the professionals. I am very hands on and have a good eye to spotting just the right talent.
