- Prepare monthly HSE reports for KAN and KAS.
- Track man hours for onshore and offshore operations.
- Oversee monthly operational discharge for KAN and KAS.
- Utilize Insight Tools to log incidents, emergency drills, inspections, audits, and onboard safety reports.
- Monitor and follow up on onboard safety campaigns such as "Keep Your Hands Safe," "Life Saving Rules Checklist," "Line of Fire," and "Process Safety Fundamentals."
- Update the Incident and Audit Master Action Tracker Register.
- Document lessons learned from Level B and C incidents.
- Prepare purchase requests (PR), delivery orders (DO), work orders (WO), and financial approvals (FA) for offshore material procurement.
- Ensure procurement and servicing of essential offshore safety equipment (PPE, firefighting inspections, EEBD calibration, life jackets, DONUTS, helideck net replacement, foam analysis, PTW/LOTO materials, smoke hoods).
- Coordinate vendor mobilization for offshore servicing and inspections.
- Conduct technical bid evaluations for procurement processes.
- Participate in Management of Change (MOC) technical HSE reviews.
- Manage CLAPP Apps tools for HSE documentation and tracking.
- Update operational procedures to align with current safety and compliance standards.
- Perform subcontractor HSE evaluations to ensure regulatory adherence.
