  • Liaise with Rig Team and Customers for Helicopter/Surfer bookings as well as meet & greet requirements in coordination with Agents or Drivers.
  • Work with Medical Team and HR Services on any MLOA case and Medical checkups bookings.
  • Carry out other administration duties as required.
  • Work with Maersk Training for any Internal and/or External Training booked via company system and monitor Crew Training Compliance and Competency.
  • Meet with Rig Team and Rig Management daily to follow-up on any HR related issue.
  • Monitor any Workday transfer (being done at HQ level) and notify crew on any change on the schedule.
  • Update crew-change schedule and crew list to match with workday and advice on Headcount Benchmark.
  • Review and verify the Timesheets / Additional Salary day/Undertime worksheets and reimbursement forms prior to Rig Manager's approval and ensure the approved document is sent to Payroll Team in a timely manner.
  • Work with Local/Overseas Contractors/Service partners on an Operations requirement.
  • Provide support to HR Manager/Rig Manager in case of Evacuation, as and when required.
