Currently Iam employed as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at Airjet, a small aviation company operating 5 fixed wing aircraft.

• Optimized inventory management processes for spare parts, by keeping track of parts consumption
• Conduct maintenance on fixed wing fleet
• Adapted quickly to changing priorities or unforeseen challenges during high-pressure situations.
• Control calibrated tools expiry date and arrange for timely calibration.
• Control the correct allocation of parts in accordance with their serviceability state.
• Conduct periodic stores inventory to keep track of stores condition.
• Advise the top management on required parts quantity according to OEM recommendations and operation experience,
• Diagnosed malfunctions using advanced diagnostic equipment, resulting in faster problem resolution and reduced repair costs.

Due to low Helicopter operation at SonAir, I moved to fixed wing operations to continue providing support as B2 engineer, where among other work I performed the following tasks:

• Upgraded avionic systems as necessary, keeping aircraft up-to-date with technological advancements in the industry.
• Performed servicing functions such as refueling and marshaling.
• Operated power tools, gauges and testing equipment to adjust, repair, and replace faulty components in aircrafts.
• Diagnosed malfunctions using advanced diagnostic equipment, resulting in faster problem resolution and reduced repair costs.
• Integrated the annual stores inventory team to update the stores parts list, keeping inline with industry recommendations and company audit policy.

• As B2 engineer I performed maintenance on Helicopters models, Super Puma H-225 and Sikosky C++
• Performed scheduled and unscheduled inspections to check flight readiness of aircraft.
• Assisted in various avionics snags resolution
• I was part of the team that performed the HF Marine Radio STC installation on the L2-PUMA
• Obtained fuel and oil samples to check for contamination.
• Assisted with aircraft and equipment transport and movement.

• Cleaned, lubricated and calibrated machinery components to maintain peak operating performance.
• Used hand and power tools to repair and maintain industrial machinery.
• Read and interpreted machine manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Ordered parts from OEM and vendors to replenish stock
• Dismantled machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas.
• Observed and tested operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions using voltmeters or other testing devices.
