- Gave daily support as front line engineer dealing with P1 (priority 1- most critical jobs) in rotation 28/28 days to a highly responsibility areas such as Terminal (CGP, BTOT, MML, Tank farm, Lucula, TP3, Lago, General, Dock) and FPSO
- Gave support in planning for PIT STOP/ TURN AROUND at CGP and TP3 by doing WORKPACKS/, participate and leading engagement meetings, planning and shortlisting the jobs, procuring materials for fabrication and install while in shut down
- Fixed different types of pipes, valves and others fixed equipments, I made site survey, risk assessment, drawing review and approved if okay, purchased materials, do WKP/ MCW, fabricate and install for replacements in kind or waver
- Also improved platform integrity like changing old gratings and handrails, corroded pipes and some rotating equipments
- For project once I got the budget approved, created AFE for budget allocation, defined the SOW, create WO(work order), site survey, open MOC as owner, provide inputs in PPHA/ HAZID meetings, updating projects in prioritization tool, approve new drawings, procure materials, do WORKPACK, fabricate and install
- FPSO I took care of integrity of boat, replacing corroded section of water balance tank, replacing corroded lines or applying TLR in process pipes, replacing handrails, fan section, crane section
- NCR and VWR jobs was also one of the priorities
- We put back in service two heaters that were out of service since 2018 treating more than 200.000 barrels of crude per day.
