§ In charge of handling crew change program, in & out from onshore/offshore location & maintaining the personnel roster as well.
§ Plan for personnel look-ahead forecast based on the project, operation, and tender application.
§ Reporting directly to the General Manager.
§ Handling ticket booking for offshore personnel, embarkation, disembarkation, travel accommodation of staff in and out of the rig and other related transfer.
§ Coordinate (on shore/offshore) crew recruitment, selection and induction process including interviews. Reference checking, medicals, PPE, presence for payroll. Ensuring the employee practice the company policy to required competence of the staff towards their duties and responsibility.
§ Establishing and maintaining project documentation library and personnel performance evaluation on shore and offshore activities.
§ Do the Company profile induction and orientation to the new employee.
§ Update and maintain HR files, visa/personnel database, and documentation for all personnel (on shore-offshore).
§ Tracking overall progress movement involving crew change matter.
§ Liaise and work closely with the logistics function and Offshore Liaison Officer. Ensuring any offshore issues and dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
§ Liaise closely with the Training Provider and HR Director to ensure that any issues or requirements from the project are meet as quickly as possible, for both training and medical issues.
§ Do the planning and scheduling resources report that usually submitted every month to the GM as per client requirements.
§ Handling applications and documentation of visa to all expat staff.
§ In charge of expat mobilization plan as per Contract.
§ Summarized reports of Manpower personnel frequency program in monthly basis.
